Clofit does not guarantee:

  • Fit accuracy
  • Color accuracy across devices
  • Real-world appearance

Users remain responsible for purchasing decisions.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Clofit a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Process
  • Store
  • Display
  • Analyze
  • Generate AI outputs

solely for providing the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including:

  • Branding
  • Designs
  • Software
  • AI systems

are owned by Clofit or licensed appropriately.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Clofit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Clofit is not responsible for third-party retailers.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months (if any).
